(MENAFN Press) The Jordan Healthcare ICT Taskforce under the umbrella of the Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan - int@j, is currently participating along with a number of leading Healthcare ICT companies in the largest regional Healthcare Expo; Arab Health 2014, Dubai “ UAE in the period 27-30 January 2014

The participating companies in this delegation, are (Optimiza Solutions, National Health Insurance Administration Co. (NatHealth, ESKADENIA Software, AlTibbi, Electronic Health Solutions International (EHSi)), to promote the Jordanian Healthcare ICT offerings and capabilities, get exposed to global developments & trends, and meet potential partners on the regional and global levels. This participation is considered to be the first of its kind as Jordan is formally presented through a devoted pavilion & space, to highlight the major role Jordan is playing in Healthcare ICT in the region.

Mr. Ghassan Lahham CEO of Electronic Health Solutions International (EHSI) stated that "EHSI provides solutions for healthcare facilities to upgrade their services". One of these service, he continues, "the Electronic Health Record Program "Hakeem", that combines international standards with local expertise allowing EHSI to understand and meet the needs of the health sector in the region. The program has proved to be highly successful in a number of medical sites inside and outside Jordan. Through our participation in "Arab Health 2014", Electronic Health Solutions International (EHSI) offers a unique and highly competitive product within the E-Health sector"

Mr. Imad El Deir, GM-Healthcare Solutions at Optimiza, said: "our participation in this medical exhibition is a unique opportunity to showcase our specialized healthcare products which include a management system for hospitals, clinics, labs and radiology centers (Electronic Hospital Operations-eHope); PACS and Tablet systems. Since its establishment, Int@j has been exerting a high effort level aiming at advancing the Jordanian ICT & ICTES sector.
