Jordan's Queen Alia airport welcomes 6.5 m passengers in 2013


(MENAFN) Passengers at Jordan's largest airport Queen Alia International reached 6.5 million in 2013, according to Arabian Business



The number of passengers grew by 4 percent during the year compared to 2012, or 250,000 passengers



An expansion project by the QAIA, the hub for flag carrier Royal Jordanian Airlines, worth USD100 million is expected to further boost the number of passengers by 12 million
