(MENAFN- Arab Times) Jahra securitymen arrested a 51-year-old Kuwaiti involved in civil and criminal cases with 70 narcotic pills, four rolls of hashish and two packs of shabu in his possession.
While patrolling in Saad Al-Abdullah, the officers noticed the suspicious movement of a vehicle, so they signaled for the motorist - a Kuwaiti - to pull over.
When the officers checked the man's security records, they found out he was sentenced to four years in jail earlier and evaded arrest at the time. A thorough search of the vehicle ensued, leading to the discovery of the abovementioned items.
A case was registered and the Kuwaiti was referred to the concerned security department, along with the contraband, for the necessary legal action
