S. Korea's auto sector trade surplus up 3.4 percent


(MENAFN) South Korea's auto sector's trade surplus in 2013 increased 3.4 percent year-on-year due to higher auto prices exported to overseas, Xinhua reported



Korea Customs Service said that the trade surplus in the sector hit USD37.79 billion last year, increasing 3.4 percent from the year before



Car exports increased 5.5 percent from 2012 to USD43.28 billion in 2013, while imports increased to USD5.49 billion last year, up 21.9 percent
