(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Russia accounts for 20 percent of the global trade in fuels and energy resources, Russian Minister of Energy Alexander Novak told the Ekho Moskvy radio station on Wednesday.
He noted that in the past ten years Russia had increased oil production by 200 million tonnes to 523 million tonnes, which had made it possible for Russia to be ranked the world's biggest oil exporte

Now it exports fuels and energy resource, whereas in the past it exported timber and furs," he noted, reported Itar-Tass news agenc
