The event showcased cool talents beyond restaurants' kitchens and counters, exciting gift prizes and funfilled activities, at the newly opened Holiday Inn hotel in Seeb, Muscat. The McFamily's annual dinner party is part of the company's annual tradition that brings together management and staff to foster camaraderie, friendship and teamwork in order to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
It recognises its restaurants' top performers who demonstrated McDonald's excellent standard in quality, service and cleanliness in restaurant operations. The company staff were handed out plaques of appreciation and cash rewards for the 2013 Best Restaurant Manager, Best Manager and Best Crew Member. The event was capped with picture taking sessions that saw management and staff sharing enjoyable moments together.
