Iran's Neyriz steel project to be finished in 2017


(MENAFN) Iran's Neyriz steel project in Fars province is scheduled to be ready to operate in 36 months from now, according to Iran Daily



Mehdi Karbasian, deputy industries, mines and trade minister, said the implementation of the project is valued at USD330 million



Karbasian said: "We have opened letters of credit for Sepiddasht (Chaharmahal-Bakhtiari province) and Qaenat (South Khorasan province) steel projects. Neyriz has the potential of increasing production capacity to 1 million tons of steel per year.
