Operated by Jacky's Retail LLC and mutually managed with Samsung, the brand shop will be a one-stop shop for all loyal customers of the brand. The key features of these outlets are the multiple experience zones providing visitors the chance to touch, feel and interact with Samsung's latest products such as smartphones, tablets, televisions, cameras, notebooks, monitors and home appliances

The new brand shop in Mall of the Emirates will be part of the growing brand shops of Samsung across the UAE that Jacky's Retail LLC will operate and will serve as a one-stop shop for all visitors of the mall. The shop will also include a team of sales consultants, trained and informed of the unique features of Samsung products, who will assist customers.
The new Samsung store in Mall of the Emirates will also include accessories and other complementary product lines. The shop will also include Jacky's value added services such as the extended warranty, Eco-Exchange programme and telecom partnerships with du and Etisalat.
