GCC construction projects value at USD69 b in 2013
(MENAFN) Ventures ME reported that construction projects in the GCC were estimated at USD69.91 billion in the building sectors during 2013, according to Khaleej Times
Portion of residential projects stood at 43.3 percent, followed by commercial projects at 18.2 percent.
Experts said that the year 2013 was a positive year for the construction market.
Hospitality buildings were valued at USD4.6 billion, while medical buildings reached USD2.4 billion value, and completed retail buildings were USD1.8 billion
