India, Pakistan to strengthen trade ties


(MENAFN) India and Pakistan has announced their plan of strengthening trade relations between them, and have agreed to allow trucks and containers to move through their main border crossing, according to Gulf Daily News



Bilateral trade between the two countries is expected to reach USD10 billion this year compared to USD2.5 billion in 2013 and 2012



Anand Sharma, India's trade minister, said: "We have agreed that we will open Wagah-Attari border 24/7 for trade.
