(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Salmiya police have arrested an unidentified Asian man for forging the data on his Civil ID and failing to pay telephone bills worth KD 660, reports Al-Rai daily.
The arrest came after an employee of the Financial Affairs Department of a mobile telecommunications company discovered the forgery and informed the Operations Department of the Ministry of Interior
