Libyan revenues of oil 20 percent lower


(MENAFN) Libyan revenues from oil were 20 percent lower than expected in 2013, said a senior Libyan oil ministry official, according to Arab News



Omar Shakmak, deputy minister for Oil and Gas, said that revenues of Libyan crude reached less than USD40 billion in 2013.



The loss resulted from a shutdown of major oil terminals in eastern Libya
