(MENAFN - Arab Times) Traffic officers headed by the Assistant Undersecretary for Traffic Affairs Major General Abdul Fattah Al-Ali arrested 11 individuals, seized 21 vehicles and issued 250 citations against traffic violations during a campaign in Failaka Island.

According to security sources, the officers went to Failaka Island on the ship known as 'Umm Al-Khair' and launched a traffic campaign at various checkpoints.

They seized 21 vehicles and five motorbikes, which they referred to the seized garage. They also issued 250 citations against traffic violations and arrested 11 individuals. Major General Al-Ali affirmed that such traffic campaigns will be carried out in all areas of the country.
