(MENAFN- Arab Times) Police have arrested a Kuwaiti who is believed to be in his 40s for consuming drugs, reports Al-Shahed daily.
The suspect was arrested after someone complained to the Operations Department of the Ministry of Interior that the man was harassing passersby near the Adan Cooperative Society.
Police rushed to the spot, arrested him and handed him over to the concerned authorities
