(MENAFN - Arab News) n an unprecedented move, Jeddah police and its secret patrols arrested a suspect 40 minutes after he stabbed a man to death



Police spokesperson Nawaf Al-Bouq told Arab News that a 25-year-old-Yemeni, an illegal resident in the Kingdom, stabbed another Yemeni at 7 a.



On Sunday. The two were reportedly involved in a violent fight

The suspected killer escaped from a building in Kandara neighborhood to an unknown location, according to witnesses


"The 19-year-old victim was in the suspected killer's house when they had a quarrel," said the spokesman

The attacker stabbed the man in his neck and ches





Investigation and criminal officers at Kandara police station took fingerprints from the crime scene

Al-Bouq said investigations were carried out under the supervision of Makkah Police Director Maj. Gen. Abdul Aziz Al-Soli
