At Least 50 Suspects Held in Islamabad Search Operation


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) At least 50 suspects were held in a joint search operation launched by Pakistan's Rawalpindi and Islamabad police in the wee hours of Sunday. A 400-strong contingent of twin-cities' cops bolstered by 50 elite police commandos launched a search operation in New Shakrial and Sohan areas of the federal capital, (Geo News) reported. Superintendent of Police (SP) City, Mustansar Feroze is spearheading the crackdown against the criminal elements infesting the areas.
