Kuwiat- Mrs Khashouei Announced As Gulf Bank's Al Danah Millionaire


(MENAFN- Arab Times) Gulf Bank announced Mrs Zahra Khashouei as the 2013 Al Danah Millionaire at the climax of an evening of festivity, marked with excitement and anticipation. Mrs. Aysha Al Dehani and Mohammed Nawaf Al Mutairat were the respective KD 50,000 and KD 250,000 Al Danah winners. The announcement of the winners was made at the Grand Avenue - The Avenues Mall on Thursday, Jan 29, 014 in the presence of the Ministry of Commerce. The Al Danah Millionaire Draw celebration, which was hosted by world-renowned singer and UN Goodwill Ambassador, Hussain Al-Jassmi and Hadeel Al-Fadhli, Senior Manager - Corporate Communications at Gulf Bank, began with music from well-known traditional Kuwaiti band - 'Alfirqa Al-Shaabiya Lilfunoon'



Al-Jassmi engaged the crowds and sang a few lines of some of his best loved songs, raising the excitement ahead of the most eagerly anticipated draw event of the year. At 7.30 pm, Gulf Bank's General Manager of Consumer Banking, Mr Vikram Issar and Ali Dashti - Assistant General Manager of Consumer Banking at Gulf Bank along with the Ministry of Commerce Representative joined Hadeel Al-Fadhli and special host Hussain Al- Jassmi on stage to do the draw for the KD 1 million.



The winner was caught totally off-guard when Hussein Al-Jassmi called her via a live telephone connection to tell her the good news to great cheers and applause from the crowds. An exciting 2014 Al Danah draw line was also announced during the evening.
