China car sales climb 13.9 percent in 2013


(MENAFN) The China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) said that car sales in China increased by 13.9 percent in 2013 from the year before to hit 21.98 million units, Xinhua reported



The growth rate recorded in 2013 is 9.6 percentage points higher than the rate recorded in the year before



Auto output in the country went up 14.8 percent year-on-year to reach 22.12 million units, with a growth rate 10.2 percentage points higher than 2012
