UAE - Centurion buys out healthcare provider CSH


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Centurion Investment has announced its acquisition of CSH Investment in a deal considered as one of the largest carried out by Centurion to date.



CSH Investment has under its umbrella a group of hospitals, pharmacies and clinics including CosmeSurge and Emirates Hospital. The healthcare provider runs Emirates Hospital in Dubai, eight clinics including seven in the UAE and one in Kuwait. It also owns four pharmacies in Dubai. CSH Investment is planning to open one clinic in Oman this year



Saeed Al Qubaisi, chairman of Centurion Investment, said: "We are keen to contribute to the development of this important sector by providing state-of-the-art health facilities, as well as finding ways to keep and attract specialised staff.
