Kuwaiti jailed in drugs case commits suicide by hanging

(MENAFN- Arab Times) A 40-year old Kuwaiti inmate of Central Prison committed suicide by hanging himself inside the prison bathroom. According to security sources, when a prison inmate went to the bathroom, he was shocked to find the victim hanging from the ceiling. He called out for help and freed the victim. They rushed him to the jail hospital, but he was declared as dead. Jahra Public Prosecutor ordered to register a crime case and instructed the General Department for Criminal Evidences and Forensics Department to investigate the cause of the death. Sources revealed that the victim was sentenced to three-year imprisonment for a drug case
