(MENAFN Press) Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities management solutions in the GCC, has renewed its agreement with Strata Management Services LLC, a subsidiary company of Nakheel, to provide FM services for International City's Owners Association buildings. The renewal terms involve the continued provision of services covering Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), Fire System Maintenance, Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) Systems, Elevators, and Cleaning Services for about 238 buildings. The three-year contract underscores the growing need for providing quality FM services to satisfy tenants and ensuring longevity of buildings

Especially in the current economy, when residents have more choices, it is critical that we deliver FM services efficiently and effectively. This agreement demonstrates the benefits that we continue to offer our clients and the expertise that we have in this field."

Imdaad, through their dedication to excellence, has enhanced the value of this property and ensured the safety of its inhabitants," added a spokesman for Strata Management Services LLC.

Imdaad has been very proactive in addressing the needs of residential communities. Imdaad HomePro 24/7 Maintenance Services was especially created to meet the needs of homeowners. It coverd a full spectrum of services including Pool Maintenance and Cleaning, Lawn Care, Irrigation Maintenance, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditiong (HVAC) Service, and Plumbing service, among others.

International City, a master development by Nakheel, offers over 22,000 residences including studios and one-bedroom apartments, spread throughout 10 distinctly themed precincts. The district also boasts over 5,000 retail units on the ground floors of the 387 buildings, offering a range of essential community services and stores from cosy cafs and restaurants to conveniently located supermarkets, laundries and offices. Nakheel is also constructing a new community retail centre, with shops, cafes and every day conveniences, at International City.

Imdaad has gained a strong reputation in the region as an adopter and implementer of the latest FM technologies and practices. The company acquires eco-friendly equipment and prioritizes sustainability across all its operations. It also conducts recycling training for its clients, corporate partners and staff, in addition to providing free recycling bins in certain projects where it handles waste management and collection service.
