Emaar unveils 'Lila' in Arabian Ranches
(MENAFN Press) The unstated elegance of coastal Spanish life, where tranquility meets harmony, will become part of the Arabian Ranches development, one of Emaar's foremost communities, with the launch of the 'Lila' gated community and villas.

A sanctuary of serenity, 'Lila' is the newest addition to the Arabian Ranches extension, and will feature 219 villas in five different types, ranging from three to five-bedrooms, each with private plots for gardens and outdoor decks. The launch of 'Lila,' a family-centred community marked by green neighbourhoods, walkways and cycling paths, follows the successful response to other recent additions to Arabian Ranches including CASA, Palma and Rosa.

Marked by unparalleled design aesthetics, 'Lila' is distinguished by low-pitched terracotta tiled roofs defining its skyline. This is accented with elegant overhanging eaves and delicate wrought iron trimming. Impeccably styled, the interior design is a unique interpretation of a sophisticated modern Spanish palette. Minimalist clean lines of woodwork and polished floors are set against the architectural flowing contours that only enhance the floor plans.

'Lila' offers residents with a diverse array of leisure, retail and lifestyle offerings. Adding to the lifestyle choice is the central Residents' Club featuring a state-of-the-art gymnasium for men and women, geometric pool with quaint cabanas, an indoor running track, beauty salon and spa. Promoting outdoor sports, 'Lila' has several parks with children's play areas, squash and tennis courts, and a football pitch. Landscaped gardens, barbecue pits and a standalone gourmet restaurant add to the quality of life.

Centrally located yet set in a serene ambience, residents of 'Lila' will be in close proximity to the city's key hubs including Dubai Marina, the largest-of-its-kind waterfront development in the region, Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Managing Director, Emaar Properties PJSC, said: "The Arabian Ranches community has become the benchmark in family lifestyle, by promoting aesthetics inspired from some of the most renowned architectural styles in the world. The addition of 'Lila' to the Arabian Ranches extension underlines a robust demand for villas in gated communities, especially with Dubai serving as a safe haven for regional and international investors. Having set a distinct benchmark in family-oriented community developments, Emaar offers customers a truly serene ambience at 'Lila,' where the focus is on the wellness of the residents by providing access to an array of outdoor and indoor activities."

Residents in 'Lila' will have access to specialty dining options, a medical clinic, daycare centre and schools for the little ones and a grocery store. They can also take advantage of the Arabian Ranches Golf Club, the 18-hole, par 72 signature course designed by Ian Baker-Finch, in association with Nicklaus Design and Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, boasting unmatched polo and equestrian activities.

Emaar will launch simultaneous sales for 'Lila' in Dubai and Abu Dhabi on January 11, 2014, with registration for potential investors to commence on January 8, at 10am, on www.emaar.ae.
The sales in Dubai will be held at the Emaar Sales Centre in Emaar Square, Downtown Dubai, and in Abu Dhabi, at the Emaar Sales Centre in Al Nahda Tower, from 9am.

Emaar's portfolio in Dubai includes Downtown Dubai, the flagship 500-acre development, described as 'The Centre of Now,' featuring the iconic Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall in addition to residences and commercial offices. Other fully-established residential communities of Emaar include: Dubai Marina and Emirates Living “ a cluster of residential projects including The Views, The Springs, The Lakes, Emirates Hills, Hattan Villas, The Meadows, and The Greens. Several other developments are being planned by Emaar in Dubai including the premier The Opera District in Downtown Dubai.
