Emirates Grand Hotel appoints Director of Sales and Marketing


(MENAFNEditorial) Emirates Grand Hotel announces the appointment of Rohit Rattan as the new Director of Sales and Marketing. In his role, Rattan is mainly accountable for leading the hotel's sales and marketing strategies from concept to execution, with the aim of maximising revenue and optimising return of profit. He is tasked to direct the hotel's existing clientele and establish new corporate accounts. As Director of Sales and Marketing, he is also in charge of providing an effective communication scheme in dealing with client's feedback and requirements, as well as initiating development activities for the sales and marketing team together with the property. Rattan brings with him 14 years of extensive sales experience in hospitality field. Prior to joining Emirates Grand Hotel, he was involved in roles such as Pre-opening Director of Sales for Rixos The Palm Dubai, and Director of Sales and Marketing of Wafi Hospitality Division. Rohit also held various sales posts under brands such as Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts, The Chedi – GHM, Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, and Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas.
