(MENAFN) Italy"s Fiat announced its plan to acquire US-based Chrysler in a deal to buy the remaining stakes, The Peninsula reported.
The USD3.65 billion deal will see to Fiat becoming the full owner of the US auto manufacturer.
The deal is to pave the way for a full merger between the two companies, creating a global auto giant.
