(MENAFN Press) Amman, November 2013 - Mahmoudia Motors - the sole and official dealer of the Jaguar and Land Rover brands in Jordan - announced plans to introduce the highly anticipated Jaguar F-TYPE Coup range to the Jordanian market during mid-2014.

The all-aluminium F-TYPE Coup range embodies the uncompromised design vision of the C-X16 concept and the F-TYPE Convertible - winner of the 2013 World Car Design of the Year Award. The F-TYPE Coup model line-up comprises three variants; the F-TYPE R, F-TYPE S and F-TYPE.

The range is headlined by the F-TYPE R Coup; its 550PS/680Nm 5.0 litre V8 Supercharged engine enabling acceleration from 0 - 60mph in 4.1 seconds, and a top speed of 186mph. The F-TYPE S Coup and F-TYPE Coup models complete the range, powered respectively by 380PS and 340PS versions of Jaguar's 3.0 litre Supercharged V6 engine, giving 0 - 60mph in 4.8 and 5.1 seconds, and top speeds of 171mph and 161mph.

The F-TYPE R Coup and F-TYPE S Coup models feature an exclusive option of Carbon Ceramic Matrix (CCM) brakes which offer consistent performance and excellent fade resistance, in addition to a considerable 21kg weight saving.

"The Jaguar F-TYPE Coup range boasts cutting-edge technologies and seamless design features that have revolutionized the car manufacturing industry, and we have no doubt that the models will be well received among our Jordanian customer base," commented Amjad Saeed, General Manager of Mahmoudia Motors.
