Sources clarified this step was taken to investigate the legitimacy of transactions to ensure that there are no irregularities or manipulation of procedures. In a related development, sources revealed Undersecretary Abdul Mohsen Al-Muteiri cancelled the authority of Assistant Undersecretary for Social Development Affairs Munira Al-Fadli to grant or renew licenses for nurseries due to the recent complaints against her, particularly those related to the reshuffling issue. He issued a circular to all employees to submit all demands regarding the licenses of nurseries directly to his office.
