Turkey exports hit USD151b in 2013


(MENAFN) Turkey's exports hit USD151.7 billion in 2013, which his under the government's target of USD153.5 billion for the year, Xinhua reported. At a press conference, the Turkish Economy Minister said the country"s exports went up from USD36.1 billion in 2002 to USD151.7 billion in 2013. The driving force of the rising exports was the automotive sector with car exports increasing 11.8 percent annually to USD21.305 billion dollars.
