Spain's Repsol sells USD4.1 b assets


(MENAFN) Royal Dutch Shell has purchased USD4.1 billion worth of liquefied natural assets from the Spanish oil group Repsol, according to Gulf News. Shell, the world's biggest LNG supplier, has received Repsol's LNG assets in Peru and Trinidad and Tobago. The Spanish company has sold its assets in order to repay a huge debt.
