(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Qatar's General Customs Department has met with a delegation from Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the aim of boosting mutual ties and exploring new opportunities of bilateral cooperation and integration between the two sides.
The meeting reviewed issues related to the electronic certificate of origin and temporary export as well as some administrative procedures between the two entities, a press release issued by the Customs Department said Wednesday
It also discussed the possibility of implementing an electronic link that facilitates the exchange of certificates of origin, which is one of the mandatory procedures for the release of goods.
