(MENAFN) Over 975,000 US citizens have signed in the Obama administration's healthcare online marketplace in December, Xinhua reported.
A senior government official said that the total enrollment in the healthcare system went above 1.1 million.
Head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services said: "More than 1.1 million people enrolled in a qualified health plan via the federally-facilitated marketplace from Oct. 1 to Dec. 24, with more than 975,000 of those enrolling this month alone."
