(MENAFN) Visitors of Reel Cinemas, the flagship 22-screen cinema in The Dubai Mall, reached 2.6 million this year, registering a 25 percent rise compared to 2012, according to Arabian Business.
People who paid to watch movies at Reel Cinemas reached 325.000, said Emaar Retail, which manages Reel Cinemas.
"The film sector is an important contributor to the entertainment industry of the UAE and the robust growth in audience turnout at Reel Cinemas underlines the clear differential we have set in terms of setting industry benchmarks," said Maitha Al Dossari, chief operating officer of Emaar Retail.
