Tawam Hospital offers almost 50% more Parking Spaces to Patients and Visitors


(MENAFNEditorial) Tawam Hospital in affiliation with Johns Hopkins Medicine and part of the SEHA healthcare system, announced today that almost 500 new parking spaces will now be dedicated for staff parking will open on the 24th December, thereby freeing more space for use of hospital visitors. The dedicated staff parking increases Tawam Hospital's total available parking by nearly 50 percent. Previously, a significant number of parking spots had been shared by both visitors and hospital personnel. Now with more spaces available, parking at the hospital will become much more convenient for staff, patients, and visitors. Mr. Gregory F. Schaffer, CEO at Tawam Hospital says, "Finding a parking space at the hospital has, at times, been difficult. We have listened to people's concerns and have been working hard to resolve this for a number of months. I'm delighted to let people know that the new parking area are will open and it will increase the capacity for all vehicles on campus. With the additional parking, our visitors and staff will save precious time for their doctors' appointments or to carry out personnel duties. "We are continuing to improve our facilities so that we can continue to provide unparalleled services for our patients and staff. This is just one of the few steps we have undertaken to ensure a smooth and convenient visit to the hospital." Tawam Hospital is part of the SEHA Health System and is owned and operated by SEHA which is responsible for the curative activities of all the public hospitals and clinics in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
