(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Mubarak Al-Kabir police have arrested two juveniles for stealing two buggies from the home of a Kuwaiti man in Sabah Al-Salem, reports Al- Shahed daily. A case has been registered against the two teens. They have been referred to the concerned authorities.
