China's economy to stand at 7.6 percent this year


(MENAFN) China's economy is expected to grow to 7.6 percent in 2013, exceeding the government's expectations at 7.5 percent, according to Gulf Daily News. Domestically, higher labour and environmental costs for enterprises pose challenges, said Xu Shaoshi, head of China's top economic planning body. Xu added: "We cannot deny a downward pressure on economic growth."
