Russia buys bonds from Ukraine worth USD3 b
(MENAFN) Russia has purchased USD3 billion-worth sovereign bonds from Ukraine, according to Qatar News Agency.
The announcement was revealed on Tuesday by the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
Russia and Ukraine signed the bond agreement during a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych on December 17.
