(MENAFN) Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) plans to acquire 40 percent stake in two Turkish companies worth over USD302 million, according to Qatar News Agency.
Acquisition of ISG from GMR Infrastructure Ltd and GMR Infrastructure Overseas Ltd (GMRO) will worth USD213.65 million.
Acquisition of LGM from GMRO and GMR Infrastructure (Global) Ltd will worth USD91.56 million, said MAHB.
