Belarus invites Roseneft to increase stake in refinery


(MENAFN) The Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister said that Belarus proposed to Russia's Roseneft to increase its stake in one of its two largest refineries, Xinhua reported. The country offered Roseneft the option to buy more stakes on the condition that it increases production in the refinery by almost the double. The Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister said: "One of the conditions for privatization is to increase oil refining to 20 million tons (per year) by 2020." Currently, the refinery produces 11 million tons per year.
