(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) The Ministry of Manpower's (MoM) weekly private sector employment index showed that 1,262 nationals were appointed in various disciplines between December 15 and 19, as per approved labour contracts.
Hiring was highest in the construction sector with 28.3 per cent, followed by 23 per cent in jobs related to wholesale, retail, auto repair, personal and household goods and 11.6 per cent in the manufacturing sector .
