(MENAFN) Emirates Airlines and Qatar Airways have decided to increase prices of flights to Brazil during the World Cup next year by up to 70 percent, Arabian Business reported.
Economy flights on Emirates between Dubai and Sao Paulo two days before the 2014 World Cup begins are sold for USD2,906 which is 70 percent higher than the identical trip made in March.
Qatar Airways, also, increased its economy class ticket prices by 40 percent from to USD2,296 from USD1,660.
