(MENAFN) French Peugeot and Vietnamese Thaco Group have launched the Peugeot brand in France with the locally produced 408, The peninsula reported.
The two companies are starting industrial and sales activities in Vietnam. Growth is expected to be strong in the following years.
The Peugeot 408 is targeted at a segment that represents 22 percent of sales in the country"s car market.
