Russia signs agreement with Belarus on oil exporting


(MENAFN) The Russian government has agreed to deliver 11.5 million metric tons of oil from Moscow and Minsk to Belarus in the first six months of 2014, according to Qatar News Agency. The announcement was revealed in a meeting between Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich and Belarusian First Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko. Minsk officials said that Belarus is willing to import 23 million tons of oil from Russia next year.
