(MENAFN- Arab Times) Security operatives arrested a Kuwaiti youth with his female compatriot in Salmiya area for consuming alcohol. The officers were on a routine patrol when they spotted the reckless manner in which the youth motorist was driving, so they waved down the car. As they moved closer to the motorist, the officers smelt alcohol in their breath. They went on to conduct a search in the vehicle and found a bottle of alcohol. The two youths were referred to the concerned authority without delay.
