Dubai real estate market prices expected to increase by up to 15 percent in 2014


(MENAFN) A report by Knight Frank shows that the real estate market in Dubai is expected to be the best performer next year, Arabian Business reported. Property prices in Dubai are expected to increase by 10 percent to 15 percent in 2014, registering an increase higher in markets as Beijing andShanghai. The consultancy firm said that prices in the emirate will return to increasing early next despite new regulations which slowed price expansion this year.
