Cuba begins to witness reform results
(MENAFN) Cuba saw results of economic reforms this year being led by President Raul Castro, Xinhua reported.
The most important measure was the government's decision to phase out the country's unique dual-currency system.
A researcher at Havana's Center for Cuban Economic Studies said: "I think it will be a step forward, and an immediate boost to all the necessary changes that are being implemented."
