House prices in Spain up2.3 percent


(MENAFN) House prices in Spain increased 0.7 percent in the third quarter from the quarter before it, Xinhua reported. The Spanish National Institute of Statistics said that prices of new houses went up 2.3 percent in the quarter, while prices of second-hand houses increased 0.1 percent. This registers the first quarterly gain since 2010. Housing prices fell 0.8 percent in the the second quarter.
