Singapore exports drop unexpected 8.8 percent in Nov.


(MENAFN) Trade promotion agency International Enterprise Singapore said the non-oil exports in the country fell 8.8 percent last month, Xinhua reported. The drop, coming after an expansion of 2.8 percent in October. was due to a fall in electronic and non-electronic products shipments. Electronic exports registered a drop of 8.9 percent from November last year, while non-electronic shipments dropped 8.8 percent. Pharmaceutical exports plunged 46.9 percent.
