(MENAFN) China International Marine Containers Group (CIMC) purchased a 90 percent stake in Swedish rig specialist Bassoe Technology AB, Xinhua reported.
Under the deal signed by the two companies, yhe remaining 10 percent stake will be held by Bassoe Technology"s parent company, Bassoe Group.
CIMC Raffles is a subsidiary of the Hong Kong- and Shenzhen-listed shipping and logistics group CIMC.
