(MENAFN) Dubai"s eMart"s first online property auction brought USD20.2 million worth of sales, Arabian Business reported.
A statement said that the properties offered at the auction were 11 residential and commercial properties.
The statement said: "These figures indicate the strong demand for services such as online auctions as they offer property investors and owners superior transparency, security, efficiency and speed."
