(MENAFN) Spain's National Institute of Statistics (INE) said that housing sales dropped 10 percent in October versus the same month last year, Xinhua reported.
The INE reported said that a total of 22,770 operations were made in October.
The INE said that sales of new houses dropped 17.6 percent to 10,071 operations in October, while sales of second-hand houses felle by 2.9 percent to 12,699 operations.
