Saudi -Riyadh school holds skills workshop for teachers

(MENAFN- Arab News) The International Indian Public School-Riyadh (IIPSR) held a workshop recently to empower and motivate teachers to become better educators. IIPS Principal Abdul Aziz, supervisors, administrators, members of the managing committee, Chairman Imtiaz Ahmed, Academic Director Salman Khalid and the Administration Director Mohammed Anwar attended the workshop. Paul Thomas, an international trainer of neuro-linguistic programming and the head of Mind's Eye Consultancy, conducted the workshop. Using audio visual aids during the workshop, Thomas said that language and classroom management were the cornerstones of teaching. He said it was important for teachers to develop their cognitive skills and "utilize the unlimited powers of the unconscious mind while interacting with students."
